| Asbury Church in Middleton, WI is looking for our next Director of Praise Team and Contemporary Worship! Music is an integral part of our worship, which draws people closer to Jesus. We are now searching for the person that God has prepared and gifted to take the Praise Team and Contemporary Worship to the next level. We have a part-time opportunity in an exciting university town for someone to join our staff as Director of Praise Team and Contemporary Worship. You will be inheriting an active Praise Team that is just waiting to be challenged and built-up. Asbury is a United Methodist church with a 50 year history and almost 1,000 members. You'll be a staff leader and join a full time ministry staff that includes two clergy, Family and Children's Ministry Director, Youth Director, and Media Director. We're looking for someone with energy, drive, and an active relationship with Jesus Christ. The main goal of this position is to lead the Praise Team and develop a vital contemporary worship service each week that lifts up Christ, leads people into God's presence and draws spiritual seekers into a relationship with Christ. In addition, this position includes identifying, recruiting, supporting, and encouraging individuals and groups to participate in the music ministry.
