Valley Christian Fellowship is a growing faith community of about 450 located in the Santa Ynez Valley, about 30 miles north of Santa Barbara California. We are seeking a dynamic and effective leader with great organization and creative skills to serve as our Children's Director. This is a full-time position. The Director develops the vision and strategic planning for the ministry growth, cultivates consensus, recruits, empowers, trains and motivates a strong core of volunteers to serve over 100 children.
