| Christ Church, a United Methodist congregation in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, seeks candidates for the full time position of Director of Communications. The Director of Communications will work closely with the Lead Team of Christ Church, which includes the pastors and the team leader from outreach, administration, students, and children's ministries. The Director is responsible for developing, coordinating, directing and administering policies related to all phases of communication. This includes internal and external communication. Key Principal Duties * Create comprehensive communications strategies and coordinate and develop publications and marketing materials to best market Christ Church to the community. * Oversee design of graphics and publications that are engaging and consistent with Christ Church branding. * Provide management and oversight of the church's website. * Develop cutting edge online/social media content that engages a variety of community demographics. * Recruit and train volunteers to assist in areas such as graphic design, printing, and copy correction. | ||||||||||||||
