Job Description:

The Spiritual Formation Pastor will develop, coordinate and implement a_noemailprehensive program of discipleship that incorporates cfa's ministry model of Discover, Grow and Thrive. This system should move individuals from learning about Jesus, growing in personal faith, to Christ-centeredness. This position would facilitate the spiritual maturity within the congregation, with an emphasis on the development of its small group ministry, utilizing them for spiritual formation, group socialization and Christian servant-hood.
