Qualifications:
Must meet the qualifications of an elder (1 Timothy 3, Titus 1, 1 Peter 5:1-4).
Confident personality and relate well to adults and teens.
Excellent communication skills (i.e. teaching and preaching).
A degree in Pastoral Studies from an accredited institute.
Supportive of the Vision, Mission and core values of C3.
Enthusiastic and passionate to grow and mentor the congregation at C3.

Responsibilities:
Motivate, equip and nurture the people of the church through Preaching and teaching God's Word.
Provide leadership for the church.
Provide spiritual counseling and visit members and families who are hospitalized, shut-in, etc.
Provide pre-marital counseling and perform weddings for members.
Provide support and counsel those who are grieving and perform funerals.

C3 is an independent Bible centered church that has been established for thirteen years with a weekly attendance of 250 and growing.

C3 is looking for a Pastor to share the responsibilities of growing C3 and its members with existing staff. We are interested in following God's will for C3 and want to match the candidates gifts and talents to their duties. C3 is blessed to have a talented and passionate Pastor of Outreach and Youth and exceptional staff and volunteers. We believe that God is calling us to find a dynamic Pastor to lead and share the responsibilities of growing C3 and discipling our members in an organizational structure that is God's will whether it be a traditional or nontraditional administration.

Salary and other compensation will be based on experience, education and what the candidate can offer C3. Health insurance, vacation and personal days are provided. Additional benefits are negotiable.
