| New Life Christian Church, a non-denominational church located in central Illinois, is seeking a full time executive director. New Life averages 600 people attending our two locations and anticipates continuing to expand via a multi-site model. The person we are seeking will have the management skills and business know-how required to transition New Life into an efficiently run organization, able to sustain growth and expansion. This person will be passionate about fulfilling the mission of Jesus, will have a big leadership gift, and will be a self-starter who is comfortable with initiating change and implementing best business practices. This person will manage the work of all paid and volunteer staff in daily operations of the church office, finances, technology, legal, human resources, facilities, and support services. As a member of the executive leadership team, the executive director participates in the formulation of strategic and operational plans for New Life. | ||||||||||||||
