Associate Pastor of Worship Ministries
Primary Purpose
Woodland Baptist Church (WBC) is seeking to call an Associate Pastor of Worship Ministries to join our team and lead a ministry that includes choirs, praise team, drama, multimedia, instrumental and various other avenues of worship. The primary purpose of the worship ministries of WBC is to glorify God by proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ and to draw the members of the church family into a deeper love relationship with God as our Father.

Our mission statement is “to develop disciples of Jesus Christ who love God, love others and live on mission.” The means by which these missions are a_noemailplished are worshipping, connecting, growing and reaching. WBC is located in Peoria, Illinois. The city has a population of 113,000 with a tri-county population of 357,000.
As of the first of September 2012, WBC has transitioned from two distinctly different services on Sunday morning to one service with a blended style of worship. Our average attendance in church worship service is 220.
