Ministry Director Job - Immanuel CRC, Caledon, Ontario

Immanuel Christian Reformed Church is a progressive and dynamic church serving the_noemailmunities of Brampton and Caledon, Ontario. To help us pursue our vision we are seeking a Ministry Director.The Ministry Director is responsible for managing and supporting our vision, staff and ministries, with the objective to enhance execution of all ministries conducted at Immanuel Christian Reformed Church. Responsibilities all fall within three categories: Administrative Leadership, Ministries Coordination and Volunteer Management. The accountabilities within each of these categories fall within four objectives consisting of: Volunteer Coordination, Ministry Resource Support, Ministry Calendar and Events, and Communication with Congregation and Staff Members.

The successful candidate will possess a deep desire to see our ministries grow, in order to better serve our_noemailmunities, and to ensure personal spiritual growth. The successful candidate must have a post-secondary degree in a relevant or associated discipline, or equivalent experience. Additionally, a minimum of 3 years experience in management capacity within ministry or business is required.

Willingness and ability to work with a very flexible schedule that will involve "after hours" at times, in order to effectively execute the accountabilities and tasks detailed in this document
Demonstrated ability to work with diverse groups and individuals
