We are seeking a Worship Leader that will be responsible for all aspects of the musical worship, under the direction of the senior pastor. He/she must have exceptional skills in leading people with diverse heart worship into the presence of God as the church has both contemporary and classic worship services. Applicants should possess advanced skills and formal training in music leadership with appreciation for thematic integration of music, drama and teaching in worship. Necessary skills also include a constant and mature walk with Christ, a strong love for people and a heart for the kingdom of God, the ability to recruit and develop vocalist, work with both volunteer and paid musicians, stage music and arts events, and integrate contemporary and classic music and the arts into the worship experience of the three weekend church services. Our worship leader will be a strong_noemailmunicator, with a genuine desire and ability to build others up. A degree in music and large-church experience are desired. The church desires an energetic, flexible, humble, innovative, family and young-adult oriented candidate.
