Job Description:

First Broad Street United Methodist Church, a 2300 member church in Kingsport, TN, seeks an Executive Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Church. The Executive Director is responsible for executing the Senior Pastor's and the Church Leadership Council's strategic vision including the implementation of ministries and programs to fulfill the Church's Mission and Vision. The Executive Director will report to the Senior Pastor and will supervise the Church staff. The Executive Director is responsible for seeing that all ministries are integrated, that staffing needs are addressed and managed, and that administrative operations are run effectively and support our ministries. Appropriate managerial, leadership and executive experience is required.
