The Family Pastor is a key member of the senior staff of NCC. Although their primary responsibility is to minister to the children and parents of NCC, their responsibility as a team member is to ensure that the overall goals of NCC are achieved.

The Family Pastor's primary responsibilities are to oversee the spiritual discipleship of our children from birth through high school. They will a_noemailplish this by providing proven curriculum, services and events that will provide a congruent plan for lifelong discipleship. They will also partner with parents and grandparents to equip them as the primary discipling relationship in their children's life.
