Job Description:
The Common Ministry at Washington State University, located in the Interfaith House at Pullman, Washington seeks a full-time director. The Director administers the programs of the Common Ministry. These responsibilities are diverse and include active involvement in programs of faith inquiry and development in the WSU_noemailmunity, providing pastoral care as requested on the campus and in the local_noemailmunity, fostering relationships locally with different faith-based groups,_noemailworking and fund-raising with a wide variety of groups, and supervising the Office Manager as well as any other staff or workers hired by the Common Ministry Council. The Director reports to the Common Ministry Council, partnering with them to vision, plan and implement the future of the Common Ministry. Requirements include an advanced theological degree or equivalent degree, documented experience in campus ministry with interfaith_noemailmunities, and effective_noemailmunication skills. The director's salary package, including housing, medical and retirement benefits is based on experience, work record and depth of skills.
