Family Ministry & Community Outreach Pastor
Job Description:
We are seeking a proven leader to join our staff as a full-time Pastor leading our Family Ministry & Community Outreach efforts. Country & Town is a_noemailmunity oriented, contemporary church located in south central Pennsylvania. C&T is focused on reaching the next generation of believers. We are seeking a qualified catalytic leader who is passionate about ministry to families.
The Family Pastor is a key member of the pastoral team of C&T. Their responsibility, as a team member, is to ensure that the overall mission and goals of C&T are achieved: Loving God, Growing in Faith, Sharing Christ, and Serving Others.
The Family Pastor's primary responsibilities are:
To oversee the spiritual discipleship of our children from birth through sixth grade.
To lead in_noemailmunity outreach to individuals and families.
To lead a dedicated ministry team of leaders.
To facilitate parenting seminars and family ministry opportunities.
To build a thriving ministry for young families.
C&T is Southern Baptist affiliated. We desire a Family Pastor in harmony with historic Baptist principles and doctrine. We prefer an ordained person with a master's degree and a track record of healthy ministry success in a multi-staff environment. The candidate must have outstanding public speaking skills, as well as excellent management and administrative skills.
