MINISTER OF WORSHIP (FULL TIME)
Tabernacle Bible Church of Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking a full time Minister of Worship. TBC is a rapidly growing church with an emphasis on changing hearts, minds and lives for Christ. The Minister of Worship is responsible for leading and directing all aspects of worship within the church. This includes leading worship services (contemporary choir and praise & worship teams), providing leadership for the choir, selecting music content, supervising music program staff, overseeing worship technology, working in conjunction with & providing leadership for the directors of music and artistic ministries, as well as providing pastoral care. Experience in growing and maintaining an expansive music program is preferred.

Qualified candidates will:
Be a professed born again believer of Jesus Christ, full of the Holy Spirit; exemplified in daily living practices and relationships with others
Be_noemailmitted to the tithe and offering
Posses the ability to develop and maintain a strong and viable relationship with the Pastors and leaders of the church
Demonstrate ability to set the atmosphere for worship in tandem with the preached Word.
Demonstrate leadership and proficiency in the music ministry including but not limited to reading music, playing instruments, able to teach music, sing and direct
College degree or proven field experience.
Possess strong ability to guide and support the worship planning process;
Support and encourage spiritual growth in the music ministry
Possess the ability to lead adults and children
Be a trained and skillful musician with a strong dedication to building the church's worship ministry and supporting its growth and development
Be positive, energetic and imaginative
Provide overall pastoral administration and leadership of the music ministry
Recognize and encourage musical talent
Be subject to a 180 day probationary period followed with a one (1) year contract with said contract being renewable upon the first year's evaluation
Salary is_noemailmensurate with experience

Job Requirements:
Committed to providing musical direction for two – three weekly Sunday worship services; Wednesday evening services and special programs as scheduled.
Committed to conducting rehearsals weekly and as needed for special programs.
Demonstrated proficiency with two or three musical instruments (keyboards, piano,_noemailan)
Demonstrated proficiency in leading and conducting choir rehearsals
Demonstrated proficiency in teaching a range of voice parts from the piano/keyboard
Demonstrated proficiency in reading and teaching music
