Our band format is semi-pared down (not massive) straightforward rock band, some original music, some mix of covers from the Hillsong United/All Sons & Daughters/Gungor/Hymns-revisited vein and then sometimes music as an element for reflection (songs we've done lately in this category would be from artists like Sleeping At Last, The Oh Hellos, Civil Twilight).
The applicant must have experience in:

+_noemailmunicating with skill both verbally and in writing
+ volunteer recruitment and development
+ pastoring people (relationally/spiritually)
+ creating moving experiences that connect people unacquainted with God to Him (not just a cover song player. Someone who understands making something unique that reaches the very diverse crowd that_noemailpromises our_noemailmunity and the ever changing ways to best reach and connect with them)
+ media (Pro Presenter, sound/tech boards and gear, some video editing knowledge would be helpful)
+ guitar –our music is mostly guitar driven so this is a must
+ vocally leading with confidence/skill and the ability to develop volunteer vocalists (harmonizing, etc.)
+ administration – a large chunk of leading our band members is scheduling and maintaining our Planning Center Online Account
+ improvisational leadership (dealing well with change, sensing context and setting and interpreting with heart)
