Director of Kids Ministry Job - Forest Hill Church, Charlotte, North Carolina

Specific Duties:

Serve as member of the Leadership Team for Kids@FHC Global, with specific tasks and management responsibilities

Oversee and manage all aspects of children's ministry at Forest Hill Ballantyne

Help develop and minister to families at Forest Hill Ballantyne

Recruit,hire and develop all staff for Kids@FHC at Forest Hill Ballantyne

Participate as a member of the Kids@FHC creative team, helping plan curriculum and creative teaching strategy for all campuses- Big Kids and Little Kids environments

Help develop Kids@FHC staff and volunteers

Participate as a member of the leadership team at Forest Hill Ballantyne

Comfortable managing relationships between the Morrison YMCA and Kids@FHC

Qualified candidates will have a passion for spreading the gospel and for children, experience managing and developing others, ability to give direction and constructive guidance to others, possess an intuitive ability to problem solve and make real-time decision Experience in Forest Hill's children's environments and/or in child development preferred.
