Director of Worship and Arts Job - Church, Arlington, Texas

Focus on enhancing the worship experience through selection of appropriate music, testimonials, fine arts and other special events.

Develop and implement in conjunction with Sr. Pastor an appropriate annual and weekly calendar of worship services themes and plans.

Coordinate all departments of worship ministry (music, media, arts and hosts) for effective weekend services.

Must have strong musical, theatrical background including experience leading and selecting teams of individuals participating in worship services.

Must have excellent platform skills in training and making presentations

Must be a skilled vocalist and keyboardist with experience and exposure in performing arts and media

Must be a team player, leader, and have a shepherd's heart.
