Job Description:
The College/Young Single Adults/IT Associate will assist the Associate Pastor (AP) for Single Adults Ministry in leading college students and young single adults to live as disciples of Jesus Christ in a_noemailmunity of faith and friendship. Additionally, the Associate will provide assistance and support for office IT needs.
EXPECTATIONS:
Work under the direction of the AP for Single Adults Ministry
Lead college students and young single adults in spiritual formation as disciples of Jesus Christ
Provide pastoral care for college students and young single adults
Represent the Lord and First Baptist Church
Address requests for technical assistance
Work to resolve hardware and software issues
Serve as liaison between office and web hosting service/inte_noemail provider
Function as IT help desk
Stay current with system information, changes, updates
40 Hours/Week
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with AP for Single Adults Ministry on programming and direction
Plan and implement college student and young single adults outreach strategy
Provide supervision to College Sunday School Leadership and Young Single Adults Sunday School Leadership
Program and lead ministry events
Carry out further ministry directives as deemed necessary by the AP for Single Adults Ministry
Serve as liaison between office and web hosting service/inte_noemail provider
Function as IT help desk
Stay current with system information, changes, updates
QUALIFICATIONS:
College/youth ministry leadership experience in the local church, young adults/single adults ministry leadership experience in the local church
Seminary/theological training (in progress or_noemailpleted)
Office IT experience
