Shepherd the Flock – John 10: 3-4, 14
Develop loving relationships within the flock
Model Christ-likeness for the flock
Earn credibility and trust of the flock
Pray for the flock
Help and care when a member of the flock is in crisis
Protect the flock from the harm of sin and of false teaching
Feed the flock
Preach and Teach – I Timothy 3:2; I Peter 5: 2
Develop and deliver sermons that emphasize a_noemailmitment to the sufficiency of Scripture and are both practical and relevant to today's culture
Function as the lead teacher in other non-pulpit teaching opportunities
Oversee the Ministry – I Timothy 3: 4-5; I Peter 5: 2
Daily management
Collaborate with & manage church leadership teams: Pastoral Staff, Elders, Deacons, etc..
Collaborate with & manage individual pastoral staff, administrative staff and other employees
Collaborate with the leaders of Lakewood Park Christian School & Early Learning Ministry
Collaborate with and manage church ministry leaders
Oversee church finances
Strategic development, planning and implementation of the mission
