Seeks an individual for a full-time position as Director of Family Ministry available June 1, 2015.

Position Status: Salaried, Full Time (Exempt)
Responsible To: Senior Pastor/Staff Relations Committee
Number of Families: 257

Build a cohesive division of family ministries
Develop a_noemailprehensive adult, youth and children's ministry
Provide leadership and vision for the future of family ministry
Develop a family worship model for 11:00 AM service
Qualifications:
BA degree or equivalent life experience
Able to demonstrate and explain new life in Christ
Two-three years of direct leadership experience (full or part-time)
Demonstrated leadership and small-group facilitation skills

Demonstrates the ability to_noemailanize and implement ministry
