Job Description:
The Executive Pastor will work closely with the Lead Pastor to assimilate his vision and share that vision with the entire Core Leadership Team. This individual is responsible for the overall direction of the Ministry Staff of the church, including encouragement, goal setting, performance evaluation, vision casting and strategic planning.
