Job Description:

Bethlehem is seeking a Full Time Director of Youth and Young Adult (what we call "Y2A") Ministry. The Y2A Director's ministry consists primarily of fostering Christian relationship and discipleship for children and young people of all ages. This position involves Christian Education, Youth Ministry, Young Adult Ministry and Outreach. The candidate should have experience with children and youth and be a self-starter who can help build a robust ministry with a team approach.
