Director of Creative Arts and Worship Job - Shalom Lutheran Church, Pinckney, Michigan

The Worship Leader will provide leadership and oversight in the all areas of worship at Shalom Lutheran Church, including special events such as weddings, funerals, and outreach to the_noemailmunity.

Responsibilities Include:
Recruit, train and develop musicians and technical support (sound, projection)
Capable of singing, playing an instrument, and leading the congregation in worship by being engaging and having a strong stage presence.
Select a variety of songs, both traditional and modern, and be able to chart the music.
Be knowledgeable and capable of implementing liturgical, alternative, and modern worship.
Manage,_noemailanize, and be familiar with all technical equipment belonging to Shalom that pertains to live sound, media projection, and stage lighting.
Capable of incorporating a variety of creative elements into the worship experience.
