The Business Administrator must fulfill his or her duties with excellence and ministry appropriateness. This person is to direct and take part in all of the administrative aspects of GT Church. Responsibilities include oversight of accounting, human resources, facilities management, and administrative operations. The Administrator should strive to enhance ministry through efficient operations, attention to stewardship, and inter-departmental coordination. A professional business approach_noemailbined with a ministry mindset is expected. The Business Administrator must be prepared to direct and perform a variety of tasks.
The person filling the position at GT Church will be a vital part of the staff and leadership team, intentionally serving and ministering through administrative endeavors. He or she will work closely with the Lead Pastor to achieve goals and direct overall administrative operations. A professional approach and spiritual attitude are expected at all times.
Required Skills:
This individual will have accepted Christ as the leader and _noemailiver of his or her life. The candidate must have business or administrative experience and a minimum of a baccalaureate degree. Experience and skills in Budget Oversight and Accounting are required.
He or she must be able to work in a multi-staff setting with other ministry professionals maintaining interpersonal and relational skills. He or she must demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team to a_noemailplish ministry goals. His or her beliefs should coincide with the vision and values of GT Church as well as the statement of beliefs of the Assemblies of God.
As a member of the staff and the congregation, it is expected this person will continue their professional and spiritual development through appropriate classes, Bible studies, involvement in small group ministries, and/or other means.

Essential Job Functions:
General oversight of the business administration of GT Church including, but not limited to:
Oversight of accounting: payables, receivables, contributions, and reporting
Budget preparation: coordination with pastoral team
Oversight of facilities use
Oversight of building and grounds maintenance
Building project management
Oversight of Human resources
Oversight of Non-Pastoral staff and operations
Research and purchasing of assets
Oversight of café/Food Services operations
Explore, create, and implement new ideas in business administration, seeking methods, people, and activities that will enhance the church's operations and impact
Perform other related work (administrative) as required or requested
Additional Information:
This is a full-time position and reports directly to the Lead Pastor.
