1) Oversight of all operations and budget

4) Providing hands -on "client centered" service
5) Leadership development and Discipleship
6) Relationship building and fundraising

Qualifications needed:
Minimum of 5 years in Christian camping, pastoral, church or ministry experience or equivalent in for profit sector.
Strong_noemailanizational and leadership skills.
Able to think strategically about future direction of the camp.
Experience supervising staff and volunteers.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a growing camp environment.
Excellent written and_noemailmunication skills.
