Oversee financial and administrative work, property & operations, security, maintenance

Care and growth of resources to match ministry needs as determined by Elders
Lead process to establish growth goals, budgeting & giving processes
Set goals & lead changes for reduced operating costs
Determine how to measure and then increase volunteer and leader satisfaction

Mature Spirit-Filled believer who meets biblical leadership qualifications
Strong relational skills
Spiritual gifts of administration, serving, leadership, and exceptional oral and written_noemailmunication skills
A high personal capacity individual who thinks systemically and is exceptionally well_noemailanized, a self-starter
Proven church ministry experience, ideally supplemented by marketplace experience
Skilled in_noemailmunication, social media, hiring, finance, and ideally church operations
Can build excellent teamwork with Senior Pastor and staff
Proven success in managing differences proactively
