Job Description:

Director of Youth will serve the church family by producing well-disciplined, mature young adults that grow & b_noemaile mature disciples within the church body. This includes_noemailprehensive & integrated discipleship training, shepherding groups formation, development & management, integrated & mission oriented corporate workship, & measureable mission programs that result in salvations & baptisms.

REQUIRED: Must have a passionate and purposeful heart for youth, an understanding of their special needs, & work to include this valuable group of people in the overall mission of the church &_noemailmunity.
Must embrace & uphold the Church of God denomination, its beliefts and values, & convey an intense passion & emphasis on the family. Should have pastoral credentials in the Church of God.

PLUS: Degree in one of the fields of theology,_noemailmunications, media and/or creative arts.
