Director of Youth Ministries Job - Davis Memorial UMC, North Richland Hills, Texas

Responsibilities include: Developing relationships with youth and their families, both from the church and from the_noemailmunity; Developing and implementing programs consistent with the congregation's vision as a place to love, grow and serve; Recruiting, training, and coordinating volunteers to assist with activities; Working with the Senior Pastor and other staff to ensure that proper safety and abuse prevention policies are followed.

Qualifications: Evidence of faith in Christ and_noemailmitment to a lifelong process of growing in grace; Passion for helping young people grow in their relationship with Christ; Familiarity with United Methodist doctrine and polity. Bachelor's degree and prior experience in youth ministry preferred. Must consent to criminal background check.
