First Church of Christ in Wethersfield is a vibrant, non-affiliated congregational church that began in 1635. We draw from many_noemailmunities and are just south of Hartford. We are looking for a person with a vibrant growing relationship with God who also is a disciple maker wherever they are in life. This person is a strong leader who is able to work in a team environment. We are looking for someone who will use their God-given gifts and musical abilities to help lead our contemporary worship service.

Responsibilities include:
Lead worship in our contemporary worship service
Develop and lead multiple worship teams
Work with Staff team for overall direction of worship service and vision moving forward
Disciple team members
Choose song selection for service
Lead Worship team practice
