Worship Pastor Job - Forest Hill Church, Charlotte, North Carolina

Additional duties:
Effectively and collaboratively oversee the design, execution and evaluation of dynamic weekend worship experiences with stylistic and liturgical diversity
Effective, empowering management of existing worship staff
Significant spiritual shepherding of contract and volunteer personnel within the context of true biblical_noemailmunity
Working collaboratively with supervisors, peers, direct reports and support personnel to achieve_noemailmon goals
Serving as one of the members of the South Park Campus Lead Team
To oversee the mentorship and development of prospective worship leaders
Lead in supporting the worship/music needs in pastoral functions and special emphases of the church as needed
Kingdom driven stewardship of ministry resources

Qualified candidates will have 2-3 years of effective leadership of contemporary worship teams in a diverse congregation; have earned or working toward a bachelor's/associates degree; mastery of vocal proficiency and instrumental abilities; solid theological foundation; proficiency in arranging,_noemailposing and performing music with diversity of styles; relational and collaboration skills; a true spirit of humility and servant-hood; a sincere passion for and_noemailmitment to the local church.
