Job Description:
Grace Community Church in Montrose, CO is seeking a full-time Worship Arts Pastor to help lead our church deeper in connection with Jesus.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, develop, and oversee new and existing worship, media, and tech teams
- Develop and implement vision and strategy for worship services and special events
- Recruit, train, and disciple new worship leaders and pastors for new campuses
- Help launch new leadership initiatives and programs
Position Requirements
- Have a proven walk with God
- Passionate and contagious love relationship with Jesus
- Proven heart and track record for leadership and worship
- Experience: Minimum 3 years experience leading worship for a congregation with 200 or more people
- Ability to teach and/or media/video/graphic skills would be a plus
About The Church
Grace Community is a Four Square church with a Non-Denom presentation. We are constantly reaching out to the surrounding area with the love of Jesus and have a focused hunger to go deeper with Him. Our church averages 1000 people attending weekend services (1 Saturday service, 2 Sunday services). Our worship team currently consists of 40-50 musicians/singers, scheduled on a rotating basis.
