Job Description:

A young, urban growing church in Central Arkansas has an immediate opening for a Minister of Contemporary Music and Worship Arts. Pulaski Heights United Methodist Church (PHUMC) is a 4,000+ member congregation with five weekly worship services (three traditional and two contemporary) reaching an average attendance of nearly 1,100 each week. This full-time position is to provide oversight to all music, worship design and technology for the contemporary worship services with an average attendance of 250-300 persons per week. Secondary duties include overseeing, expanding and re-imagining the youth music program.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading contemporary worship with a praise band, sound systems and multi-media; growing a youth music program; and working with volunteers. The candidate must be creative,_noemailanized, self-starting, outgoing, and have the ability to_noemailmunicate with a diverse team of staff, church members, guests, and volunteers.
