We use Paypal to process our transactions because they are the most trusted processor on the Internet today. If your card is declined, or you receive an error message like the following:

"The card you entered cannot be used for this payment. Please enter a different credit or debit card number."

Please call Paypal at: 888-221-1161.

Unfortunately, Paypal will not give us any information as to why your card was declined. If you give them your credit card number they will tell you exactly why the card is not working. It is usually due to a billing address issue, or a hold put on your card by your bank.
