Job Description:
Crossroads Community Church is looking for a full time worship leader who has a heart for God and a desire to see his people growing in spiritual truth. The qualified candidate must be vocally skillful and understand how to create a tight band sound. They will oversee all aspects of the worship ministry including sound, lighting, drama, and multimedia, and special services. In addition, the candidate must be willing to teach or coach Christians towards spiritual maturity. He must align himself with our Baptist doctrine in regards to salvation.
Crossroads is an evangelical church (325 avg. attendance) committed to the Great Commission and the Great Commandment. We value small group community, the Scriptures, events that reach into our community with cultural relatedness, growing healthy marriages, and ministry to children and youth.
