Job Description:
Village Baptist Church is seeking a full-time Pastor to Children and Young Families to develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive program for children ages infant through grade five. This person must have experience in management and in leading a paid or volunteer staff structure. A qualified candidate will also have experience in budget management, possess strong “recruitment” skills, as well as skills in project administration. This person must have at least five years experience in managing a children’s ministry of 200 or more.
