Job Description:
Will be a leader and creative person who will help the Senior Pastor implement seeker-sensitive models of ministry that achieve FPC's purpose: To Save The Unsaved.
1.Responsible for the day-to-day operational decisions of the church and helping the staff achieve its goals. 2. Part of the Executive staff team for vision & creativity. 3. Free the Senior Pastor to devote more time to preaching, teraching, radio ministry, leadership of the staff and lay leaders of the church. 4. Comfortable with innovative climate of un-typical church.
