Growing (attendance 600+), multi-racial (60% white, 35% black, 5% other), contemporary, baptistic, non-charismatic (but spirit-filled :-) congregation in Chesapeake, Virginia seeking experienced, proven male Worship Pastor or Director. We are looking for a worship leader who is excellent. A man who can take our worship teams to the next level and beyond! We're wanting a good mix of mostly contemporary, some gospel and some updated hymns. Our church is growing fast and our location is very strategic.
