West Side is a rapidly growing church in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. Paul White became the senior pastor October 3, 2004. Our church is in the midst of transitioning from a traditional format to a contemporary, purpose driven one. The church currently hosts two contemporary worship services and one traditional each Sunday morning. Our mission is to share the unchanging message of Christ with a changing world.

• He has a broad ministry experience serving large and mid-sized churches in different ministry staff positions.
• He is doctrinally conservative but open-minded, creative and pragmatic about ministry expression and programming.
• His principal spiritual gifts are leadership, wisdom, pastor/shepherd and organization.
• He leads the staff by example and strives for balance and effectiveness in personal and ministry responsibilities.
• His ministry focus is church health and not numerical growth.
