A Professional Music Degree or related experience is required. The candidate should possess strong organizational and communication skills, be able to work with the pastor in a collaborative way, and have skills in conducting voice groups, instrumental and hand bell ensembles.

Facilities have outstanding acoustics, a 2 manual 35 rank Beiber pipe organ, a 5 octave set of Schulmerich handbells, and a Roberts & Brazier harpsichord.
