The desired applicants must:
o Have the ability to lead all Biblical styles/forms of worship (Contemporary – Blended – Traditional)
o Be able to give oversight through the music team to praise teams, special music, musicians, Adult Choir, orchestra and special events
o Be experienced in planning and leading worship
o Have a servant's heart
o Have strong leadership, organizational and pastoral skills
o Be a people oriented team player and team builder
o Be able to plan and put together special music and drama events
o Possess strong people skills
o Have a desire to work with the music team and the pastoral and church staff
o Love and seek God in their life
o Be able to recruit and develop others to lead and contribute to the worship process
o Oversee several worship services on Sunday morning and Sunday night with different styles of worship
o Be able to give oversight to sound, light, power-point and video technicians
o Have a working knowledge of our postmodern culture and how to integrate it into a worship service.
o Model Christian maturity and kingdom values in both his personal and professional life
