Lead Teaching Pastor
We are looking for God's man to share the preaching responsibilities of Christ Community Church in Tucson, Arizona. Christ Community Church is an Elder-led, non-denominational church with 1000+ adults in our weekly worship services. We are committed to Growing A Community, Reaching A Community with the life-changing truth of the Gospel. The individual we are seeking should be an experienced expository preacher who is willing to work hand-in-hand with the other members of our teaching team in order to accurately communicate God's Word to our congregation. He will serve as member of a leadership team and will report to the Elder Board. A candidate must have proven leadership skills (preferably in a multi-staff, team-based ministry), strong communications skills, and must possess the ability to work with others to accomplish the objectives set by the elder board. Experience in other areas of adult ministry will be required as the individual in this position will be called upon to oversee other ministries within our church family in addition to his teaching ministry.
Required Experience/Skills:
„« Lives consistently within the biblical standards of I Timothy 3 and Titus 1
„« Seminary degree (Master of Divinity, or equivalent)
„« Minimum of five years preaching experience
„« Experience serving with a congregation of 500+
