Community United Methodist Church in Crofton, Maryland is searching for a Contemporary Worship Leader to work in conjunction the Worship Team, Senior Pastor, Music Team Leader and the Director of Youth Ministry. The Contemporary Worship Leader will be responsible for one contemporary service each Sunday morning and for the overall contemporary music program. In addition to vocal and musical skills, this leader must have excellent people and communication skills. Currently, two experienced contemporary music groups participate in the worship service on a rotating basis. The position is part-time, requiring a commitment of between 6 and 8 hours per week.
