Description
„X Oversee, direct and guide the administration of all music programs of World Harvest Church, Next Harvest Youth Church, Kids Harvest, World Harvest Bible College, Harvest Preparatory School, and the Breakthrough broadcast.
„X Develop, coordinate and administer a high-energy, cutting-edge and well-rounded music program.
„X Provide active and engaged leadership and management to all music staff and volunteers collaborating with music department supervisors and staff, including hiring, scheduling, evaluation, training, and discipline as needed.
„X Integrate the vision of World Harvest Church by implementing traditional hymns and choruses with contemporary musical sounds and style with the number one objective of ushering the congregation into the presence of God - preparing the atmosphere for the preaching and ministry of the Word.
„X Direct the music program in creating and performing spirit-filled, exciting music for WHC weekly church services to include two Sunday morning services and a Wednesday night service.
„X Administer the planning of long term and short term projects including such conferences as our annual Dominion Camp Meeting, Raise the Standard Pastor¡¦s Conference, RefGen National Youth Conference, Christmas concerts, Easter specials and other various events throughout the year.
„X Coordinate auditions, rehearsals, direct development, training and selection of team members for praise and worship and choir.
„X Partner with the Service Planning Committee to determine flow of services.
„X Manage annual music budget; purchasing music and supplies in addition to scheduling maintenance of music resources in church.
„X Research, develop and assist in the selection of new music consistent with the message and culture of World Harvest Church for the continual growth of all music programs.
„X Prepare and maintain all records and reports relating to CCLI (church copyright licensing)
„X Communicate and coordinate with the television department for daily broadcasts providing direction with regard to church services upon request.
„X Coordinate the singers and musicians for ministry events which involve music, including flight arrangements, itineraries, and hotel accommodations. Communicate the travel arrangements to the musicians and singers involved in ministry events.
„X Overall, supervise, strengthen and expand the music, multimedia, choral, dance, and drama ministries.
