43rd fastest growing church in the nation seeking Music Arts Director to lead in a seeker-targeted church of 3,000 providing creative music leadership with an innovative edge. Must have a passion for creating modern worship experiences, integrating cutting-edge performed songs (from U2 & Nickelback to Kirk Franklin) along with worship arrangements that draw hearts toward life-changing encounters with Jesus. Must have musical expertise & a heart to lead a team of volunteers (50+) to make it happen. In this role you will be able to do what you love in a place where real people are being transformed daily from unconvinced into wholehearted followers of Jesus.
