Job Description:
We are looking for capable staff seeking to invest their life in numerous colleges in the Twin Cities area (Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN). We currently have four colleges interested in hosting staff at a part-time level, or full-time level as well. We seek people who are capable of building ministry on college campuses and passionate to reach lost students and develop Christian students into on-campus leaders.
We have three types of college campuses in the Metro (community, private, and public colleges). The largest and most well know of these is the University of Minnesota. We are seeking a variety of candidates to work respectively on a campus that fits their gifts, talents, and passions.
We are looking for potential candidates whose competency & capacity for leadership might include 1-3 of the following the abilities:
1. Oversee campus staff on large campuses at a full-time level
2. Work solo on small campuses at a part/full-time level
3. Tackle one segment of a particular campus at a part/full-time level. (ex: athletes, Greek life, liberal arts, music, international students, etc.)
