Qualifications
o Committed Christian
o Previous experience working with a variety of musicians
o Ability to lead in a creative manner
o Good people skills; team player with cooperative spirit
o Music background in traditional and contemporary modes
o Organizational and team-building skills
o Experience in leading and developing praise teams and instrumentalists.
o Strong musical ability with voice, guitar, keyboard and/or other musical instruments
o Advance planning skills
o Be responsible and able to lead the congregation in their worship experience.
o Familiarity with church presentation software

Job Description
o Report to the Celebrations Team
o Work closely with the Pastor and Celebration Team in planning the 2nd worship experience, particularly the song selections
o Responsibilities
o Lead the Praise sets for the 2nd worship experience
o Provide praise team with the music
o Schedule and lead the rehearsals
o Coordinate with the sound technician
o Attend Celebrations Team Meetings as requested
o Notify the Celebrations Team Representative of any problems with microphones, electrical hookups, piano, etc. and they will communicate that to the Stewardship and Finance Team
o If you are unable to make a Sunday please notify the church office or Celebrations Team Representative.
o Annual performance and salary review will be conducted by the Celebration Team, and recommendations made to the Human Resources Team
o There is a 90 calendar day probationary period starting the date of hire
