Job Description:
WFPC is an energetic, young, growing congregation with 350 children under the age of 12 years. The Children’s Ministries Coordinator will help with the leadership and expansion of a dynamic team of Children’s Ministries that are designed to educate and foster discipleship. Current Children’s Ministries include: Sunday School (rotation model), Children’s Church, 4th/5th Grade Fellowship Group, Mid-Week STARs Program, Worship Education, Nursery Ministry, and Vacation Bible School. This position also includes providing effective communication with parents, Children’s Ministries teams, congregation members, and colleagues regarding issues related to the Children’s Ministries at WFPC.
Preference is given to candidates with Children’s Ministry experience and curriculum building skills. Candidates must have strong communication and organizational skills.
