So you think you might be our next Director of Student ministries...OK, so here is the deal - we could start out with the "are you the kind of person" dribble, followed by the "you are described by" characteristics, along with the "you will be responsible for" duties. Or we could just give you some links to all that stuff.
Please pour over the content in these links - it will help you to know us better and help you to know if this might be the opportunity of a lifetime for you.
* What we do - http://olcc.org/children--students/students/

OK, so are all those links above changed to the color that means you at least visited those pages? Are you good with all that? Note: this implies that you actually read the stuff. If so, then it's your call...
Unfortunately, no one can simply be told what OLCC Youth are all about. You will have to see us for yourself. This is your last chance. After this there is no turning back.
You follow the blue link. You go on to browse to your other usual sites like facebook and twitter. Maybe others. You go back to meeting that company deadline, cramming for that mid-term, or trying to figure out who you might vote for in the election. You go on with your life as usual.
You follow the red link. We contact you within a day to let you know we got your docs showing your youth leadership skills. We contact you within another couple of weeks to possibly set up an interview. We grill you with all sorts of questions about your faith journey, your vision, and your passion.

P.S. The problem isn't really choice - we know that God knew which link you would follow before the foundation of the world was laid.
