First Baptist Church, El Dorado, Kansas is seeking a full time associate pastor. The person who is called to fill this position will extend the ministries of the senior pastor.

Youth pastor and Worship leader will be the primary focus of this individual’s ministry.

These ministries will include, but not be limited to, working closely with all church committees and volunteers to insure that each committee’s ministries are fulfilled.

The associate pastor will also assist the pastoral team with Bible studies, home and hospital visits, pulpit supply, counseling and other diverse ministries. He will also meet weekly with the senior pastor to coordinate schedules.

All applicants will be qualified according to the Scriptural criteria as understood by the spiritual leaders of First Baptist Church at the time of the selection.
