Job Description:
Our church is seeking a self-motivated, highly energetic and Spirit-filled Children's Ministry Director. The ideal candidate will be an experienced person who has received a calling and possesses a passion to work with children. This person must be willing to make a long term commitment to a growing Children's ministry. They must have Godly integrity, Godly values and be able to model these characteristics to our children and their families. The Children's Ministry Director is responsible for overseeing the entire children's ministry (age 3 years through 5th grade) to ensure a smoothly operating, safe and effective program. Celebration Community Fellowship is a non-denominational church of 400-500. The church is located in the Sierra foothill community of Meadow Vista, California, about 40 miles northeast of Sacramento. Qualifications: A spirit-filled shepherd's heart Verifiable children's ministry experience Early Childhood Development Degree is preferred Willingness to commit to a long-term position in children's ministry This is a 1/2 time position that is expected to grow into a full-time position within approximately one to two years. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
